Paul Fraipont
President and Chief Executive Officer
Paul has led Spartronics and its predecessor entity since 2019. He joined Sparton Corporation in connection with its acquisition by Cerberus Capital Management, initially as president of the organization’s Manufacturing & Design Services division. He was part of the original team supporting Cerberus to take Sparton Corporation private in March 2019. Paul subsequently led Spartronics through its successful divestiture in July 2020 from Sparton Corporation to One Equity Partners (OEP). After Spartronics was established as an independent platform company within the OEP portfolio, he led the Spartronics team in their successful acquisitions of Primus Technologies Corp. in December 2020, and Inovar, Inc. in August 2021.
From 2004 to 2018, Paul held various leadership positions with United Technologies Corporation in its Climate Controls & Security division. He served as president, fire protection systems, as well as other leadership positions within Carrier Corporation in Asia and the Middle East. Previously, he spent 10 years as an investment banker with Deutsche Bank and began his career with Price Waterhouse.
Paul earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Annette Cusworth
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Annette joined Spartronics in 2020 and is responsible for leading the company’s finances and accounting. Prior to joining Spartronics, she was executive vice president and CFO at Creative Energy. From 2015 through 2019, Annette was at Creation Technologies, including as CFO, supporting its successful exit by Birch Hill Equity to Lindsay Goldberg LLC. While at Creation Technologies, she helped to advance the company’s customer value proposition, which involved growing revenue more than 20% and EBITDA by over 65%.
Annette has more than 30 years of financial experience in a variety of industries. She also serves on the board of directors of two publicly listed corporations in Canada (RIWI and Dolly Varden Silver).
Annette is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada and earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Calgary.

Greg Kelble
Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer
Greg joined Sparton Corporation in 2020, following its acquisition in 2019 by Cerberus Capital Management. His responsibilities include human resources, compliance, communications, marketing, real estate and risk management. He was a member of the Cerberus team which took Sparton Corporation private in March 2019. Prior to joining Sparton Corporation, Greg was the chief human resources officer of the Cerberus Operations & Advisory Company.
From 2010 to 2017, Greg was senior vice president and chief human resources officer for AMETEK, Inc. Prior to AMETEK, he served as managing director and chief human resources officer for MSCI, Inc. Previously, Greg was vice president, human resources, communications and Six Sigma for Honeywell Automation & Control Solutions, a $12B global group. Prior to Honeywell, Greg was with BOC Group, plc, where he held several global roles, including vice president, human resources, for BOC Process Gas Solutions. In addition, he has held roles at Pepsi-Cola, Textron and United Technologies Corporation earlier in his career. Greg began his career as a research psychologist with the University of Dayton Research Institute.
Greg earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Marquette University and a master’s degree in organizational/industrial psychology from the University of West Florida.

Vice President and General Manager, Aerospace & Defense Markets
Greg has led as Vice President and General Manager, Aerospace & Defense since May of 2022. Greg is responsible for all Aerospace & Defense business and customers worldwide for Spartronics. Previously, Greg held the role of Vice President, Operations following his appointment in connection with the acquisition of Inovar. He successfully led Spartronics engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and facilities activities across all U.S. locations.
Prior to joining Spartronics, Greg was the chief operating officer of Inovar. Previously, Greg spent five years as vice president of operations and quality assurance at L3 Harris Communication Systems. In addition, he spent more than 10 years in various roles with Raytheon Company, including senior director of mission assurance at the corporate offices. He began his career in operations with The Boeing Company.
Greg earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from LeTourneau University and an MBA from Norwich University.

Vice President and General Manager, Industrial
Dung Tran has led as Vice President & General Manager, Industrial since May of 2022. His experience growing Spartronics Vietnam has provided Dung a unique and valuable perspective to take on the Industrial segment globally for Spartronics.
Previously, Dung lead both the Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and Tecate, Mexico, businesses for Spartronics. He has led the growing Vietnam business for Spartronics prior to the acquisition of Inovar in September 2021, after which he assumed responsibility for the Tecate factory as well.
Since joining Sparton Corporation in 2014, Dung has increased the business in Vietnam — a facility preferred by discerning medical and industrial multi-national companies. He built a winning team and culture, which account for the success enjoyed by Spartronics in Vietnam. Prior to joining Sparton, Dung spent his career in Silicon Valley, where he held senior technical positions at Cisco and Hewlett-Packard.
Dung earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from California Polytechnic State University and a master’s degree in engineering (EECS) from Santa Clara University. He attended the Yale School of Management in connection with its Global Executive Leadership Program. Dung also earned a Lean Six Sigma Back Belt certification.

Vice President and General Manager, Medical Markets
Mark joined Sparton Corporation in 2019 and was promoted to run the Central Region and the Spartronics Design Services organization. His current role leverages his deep background in scientific instrument and medical device design and manufacturing. Mark is responsible for all medical customers and programs worldwide for Spartronics.
From 2015 to 2019, Mark was the chief operating officer for Avex Inc. and retains a board seat. Previously, he was a vice president at Creation Technologies, which he joined following the sale of the medical and scientific instrumentation design and engineering firm that he founded. At Creation, Mark drove organic growth through numerous global business development initiatives, Lean Six Sigma practices and streamlined operations. Previously, Mark held senior leadership roles with HEI, Inc., Denver Instrument and Sorin Biomedical.
Mark earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Kennedy-Western University and an MBA from Canterbury University. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Bob Belanger
Vice President, Global Operations
Bob joined Spartronics in mid-2022 to lead the global operations for Spartronics. His responsibilities at Spartronics include engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and facilities activities across all locations including, U.S., Mexico, and Vietnam sites.
Prior to joining Spartronics, Bob worked for Carrier Corporation, where he led some of their largest global business transformation projects, such as transfers of work, factory expansions and shutdowns, new product introductions, and recently their response to global supply chain shortages. He also served in various operations roles in the Building & Industrial Systems business of United Technologies. Previously, he held various operations and engineering roles at General Electric and SPX.
Bob earned a bachelor’s degree of science in operations from Southern New Hampshire University.

Michael Murphy
Vice President, Global Supply Chain
Michael joined Spartronics in early 2021 to lead the company’s supply chain management organization. He works closely with customers and suppliers to drive end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution.
Prior to joining Spartronics, Michael held executive roles with Arrow Electronics and Sanmina Corporation. Previously, he held leadership positions at manufacturing and semiconductor companies supporting business development, supply chain and operations. Early in his career, Michael founded a high-reliability EMS company that was acquired by an international group.
Michael earned engineering degrees from both Clarkson University and the State University of New York.

Andy Mayer
Vice President, Information Technology
Andy joined Sparton Corporation in late 2019 to lead information technology for Sparton’s Manufacturing & Design Services division, in preparation for its separation from Sparton Corporation. He joined Sparton from Control Techniques, a division of Nidec Motor Corporation.
Andy held several positions for the Americas division at Emerson and then Nidec, following its acquisition of Control Techniques from Emerson. In his preceding eight years at Emerson, Andy held various IT leadership positions at Emerson’s corporate and two business units. Previously, he spent seven years in oil field services with Baker Hughes as a field engineer and staff engineer.
Andy earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Marquette University and an MBA from Washington University.

Larry Veiga
Vice President, Business Development
Larry Veiga has led business development for Spartronics since January 2021, following his appointment in connection with the acquisition of Primus Technologies. Prior to joining Spartronics, Larry was the Chief Commercial Officer of Primus Technologies, where he was instrumental in refocusing Primus on aerospace and defense business. Prior to joining Primus in 2015, Larry was with Flextronics since 2010 in senior roles, including Senior Director of Business Development for markets including Aerospace & Defense as well as Security. Previously, he was General Manager for the Flextronics factory in Valencia, California, and held other roles at Flextronics including Director of Account Management. Prior to Flextronics, Larry was Vice President of Programs for Stellar Manufacturing, where he was responsible for new customer development, program budgeting, program management and customer contracts.
Larry’s career depth in EMS spans early entrepreneurial experience to Tier 1 operations and business development. He possesses a depth of knowledge in all facets of EMS and its manufacturing processes and markets, including microelectronics, aerospace and defense including space applications, as well as medical products including implantable devices.

Michelle Brenno
Vice President, Legal & General Counsel
Michelle joined Spartronics in mid-2022 as Vice President, Legal & General Counsel. Michelle will lead Spartronics’ legal function including transactional matters, contract management, claims and litigation, risk mitigation and overall general corporate legal matters.
Prior to joining Spartronics, Michelle has an accomplished career in corporate law. Most recently, Michelle held the position of Associate General Counsel at Daikin Applied Americas in Minneapolis, where she started 24 years ago as a Contracts Manager and took on increasing levels of responsibility in the Legal group there over her tenure there. Michelle has outstanding experience in contracts management, commercial litigation and dispute management, mergers & acquisitions, real estate transactions, and risk mitigation. Previous to joining Daikin Applied, Michelle was Contracts Administrator at Alaska Airlines, based in Seattle, Washington.
Michelle earned a bachelor’s degree of arts in economic & political science from the University of St. Thomas and a Juris Doctorate from Lewis & Clark. She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar, Washington County Bar, and of the Association of General Counsel.
